4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual person may hold only one registered Account on zs444. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.
4.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current and must update it promptly if it changes.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. zs444 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials.
4.4 Suspected Breach. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the zs444 support team immediately via the contact details set out in Clause 16.
4.5 KYC Verification. zs444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at the point of withdrawal. Required documents may include a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
5.1 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method selected. Current minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Account cashier at the time of transaction.
5.2 Accepted Currency. Account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where deposits are made in alternative currencies, conversion to PKR will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. zs444 is not responsible for exchange-rate fluctuations.
5.3 Payment Method References. References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are made for the convenience of Pakistani users only. These references do not constitute an endorsement of or by those providers, nor a representation that those providers support gambling transactions. Users must verify method availability in the cashier and comply with the individual terms and conditions of their chosen payment provider.
5.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits made on behalf of another person, or from payment methods owned by a third party, are strictly prohibited.
5.5 Deposit Processing. zs444 will credit confirmed deposits to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted in respect of real-money Account balances that have satisfied any applicable wagering requirements. Bonus funds that have not completed the stated wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.
6.2 Verification Requirements. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. zs444 reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal until satisfactory verification documents have been received and approved.
6.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing windows are indicative only and vary according to the chosen method, your account verification status, internal review timelines and the policies of the receiving bank or wallet provider. zs444 does not guarantee specific processing times and the phrase "instant" should not be construed as a commitment where used in any promotional material.
6.4 Method Consistency. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, subject to operator policy and the availability of the payment method at the time of withdrawal.
6.5 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. These limits may vary by Account tier, verification status and payment method.
7.1 Offer-Specific Terms. Each bonus, promotion or offer made available on zs444 is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are communicated at the time the offer is presented. These offer-specific terms supplement and, in the event of conflict, prevail over this Clause 7.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple, qualifying game types, minimum odds restrictions and expiry period are specified in the individual offer terms.
7.3 One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus may be active in your Account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer. Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, providing false information or employing low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bets are subject to expiry. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the Account without notice.
7.5 Operator Discretion. zs444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or refuse any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion, including in cases where it reasonably suspects abuse or misuse of an offer.
8.1 Acceptance of Bets. zs444 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet or wager at its absolute discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced where in-play betting is not offered on that market, or where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
8.2 Errors and Palpable Mistakes. In the event that a bet is accepted due to an obvious error, technical fault or palpably incorrect odds ("palpable error"), zs444 reserves the right to void that bet and return the staked amount to your Account. Winnings derived from such errors will not be honoured.
8.3 Bet Finality. Once placed and confirmed, bets are generally final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the user. Exceptions may apply at the operator's discretion in limited circumstances.
8.4 Event Settlement. All bets are settled in accordance with the rules applicable to the relevant sport, game or event as published by zs444 at the time the market was offered. In cases of ambiguity, the operator's determination shall be final.
8.5 Cricket Betting. Given the significance of cricket to Pakistani users — including PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, bilateral Test series and T20 internationals — cricket-specific betting rules apply to all relevant markets and are subject to official match results as determined by the relevant governing body.

Your use of the Services grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling and gaming activities in accordance with these Terms.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zs444 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other intangible loss.
11.2 zs444 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw access to the Services at any time without notice for maintenance, technical or operational reasons.
11.3 Gambling involves risk. Participating in any game or betting market on zs444 may result in the loss of some or all of your deposited funds. zs444 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by users on the Platform.

13.2 Effect of Closure for Cause. In the event your Account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, including fraud or prohibited conduct, zs444 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any Account balance in accordance with applicable policies and, where appropriate, to report the matter to relevant authorities.
13.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to you subject to KYC verification and applicable compliance requirements.
13.4 Self-Exclusion Requests. Self-exclusion requests submitted via the responsible gambling tools will be processed promptly. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the stated minimum exclusion period.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gaming or gambling licence, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
